My Key Pillars for Nutrition & Longevity
Hey there 1nf1n1ty Fam!
It’s your boy, Mr.1nf1nty here. As a reminder, every week I’m going to share insights from one of my 4 pillars of longevity:
Physical Health
Mindset
Nutrition
Lifestyle
This week I want to talk about nutrition—not just how it fuels us, but its connection to longevity and living our healthiest, fittest, most athletic life for the long haul.
Let me kick it off with a quote I live by:
“Don’t wait for science to catch up to the truth.”
Here’s the thing: if you live in Western society, you know the truth isn’t always what’s being sold to us. In this system, profits are often more important than the people. Through my studies, research, and personal revelations, I’ve realized that a lot of what we’ve been led to believe about nutrition works against our highest and best self.
It’s not that everything we hear is wrong—it’s just time to approach this longevity game and the fitness game from a slightly different vantage point.
My Key Pillars for Nutrition
For me, the foundation of nutrition and longevity boils down to two key practices:
Time-Restricted Feeding (Fasting)
Getting the Proper Nutrients (Sunlight)
Let me break these down:
1. Fasting: Cleansing and Rebuilding
Fasting is a game-changer. It’s not just about skipping meals; it’s about letting your body cleanse itself, rebuild, and recharge. Here’s why fasting is crucial:
Cleansing: Fasting allows your body to flush out damaged cells, clearing the way for new, healthier ones.
Mitochondria Repair: Your mitochondria—the powerhouses of your cells—get to rebuild and operate more efficiently.
Hormone Optimization: Fasting helps turn on your growth hormones, allowing you to reach peak levels for muscle growth, fat burning, and overall performance.
The benefits go way beyond this, but at its core, fasting helps your body hit the “reset” button in ways no diet or supplement can.
2. Sunlight: The Ultimate Nutrient
When we talk about nutrients, most people think about food. But sunlight is one of the most important nutrients your body needs. Here’s why sunlight matters:
Cellular Recharge: Sunlight literally powers your cells, helping them recharge and rebuild.
Vitamin D Production: This essential nutrient supports your immunity, bone health, and overall mood.
Natural Optimization: Sunlight keeps your hormones balanced and your systems running smoothly.
Fasting and sunlight work together to help your body feel its absolute best. These two pillars are the foundation for staying healthy, fit, and ready for anything—indefinitely.

Here are my top 10 benefits of incorporating fasting and proper sun exposure into your routine:
