I’m pumped to share a quick update on the re-launch of my WINTHENOW newsletter!

Every week I’m going to share insights from one of my 4 pillars of longevity:

  • Physical Health

  • Mindset

  • Nutrition

  • Lifestyle

Every small step forward we take contributes to becoming our most ideal selves and staying aligned with the greatest version of who we are meant to be. I've been fortunate to face and overcome numerous challenges, and I feel a deep responsibility to share the wisdom I've gained along the way. This newsletter is my way of giving back and helping you navigate your own path to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Each of you have participated in 1nf1n1ty Family over the years through my courses, training apps, fitness products, or ATG experiences. I appreciate all of your support and am excited to kick off the next phase of the Mr.1nf1n1ty brand.

My team and I have a few big projects in the works that I can’t wait to bring to you all. But it all starts with this newsletter and sharing the principles of longevity with you! If for any reason, these topics are not a priority for you anymore, feel free to opt out of the newsletter at any time.

To start us off, we’re going to talk mindset and the important of taking responsibility for your life.

Mindset: You are 100% responsible for your reality

One of the most impactful and hardest lessons for the majority of people to learn is that we are 100% responsible for everything that happens in our reality.

Until you take ownership for your reality, nothing in your reality can change. People play the victim by reacting to the effects of they reality instead of being proactive. When you realize you're the cause of all those effects, you can start making real changes. Your thoughts, emotions, and habits are shaping your reality—whether you believe it or not.

I call taking 100% responsibility the 5-second miracle because once you take full responsibility for everything in your life, you can truly start working on yourself—your body, mind, surroundings, environment, and way of living. It only takes 5 seconds to become aware of your reality and then everything can start to change.

If you want a healthy body, a long life, to be free from injuries, and to thrive socially, you must be responsible for everything. This is key to being in the top 0.001% of your field. Successful people understand how their actions impact their present and future. So, meditate on this first law: 100% responsibility.

What’s New With Me

I’m launching a new series on YouTube called 111 Days to 1nf1n1ty !

Each video will include a short lesson on the top things that I’ve learned for health and longevity. So grab white paper and a pen with blue ink as these lessons will help you contribute to your .0001 compounding interest.
